Responsible investment

At M&G, we aim to generate superior long-term returns for our investors*. Whether we are investing in equities, fixed income or property, we see ourselves as stewards of our clients’ assets and take seriously the responsibilities that come with this role.

Part of our job as a responsible investor is to consider all factors which might materially affect long-term investment outcomes, including environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues. We incorporate these considerations into our investment decisions, wherever they may have a meaningful impact on risk or return.

You can find out more about how we at M&G practise responsible investment below.

* The value of investments will fluctuate, which will cause fund prices to fall as well as rise and you may not get back the original amount you invested.
