Please check to see that the closing date has not passed, as applications cannot be submitted after that date. If you are still experiencing difficulties please email

How can I track the progress of my application?
You can check your status by logging in to your candidate account.
Can I apply for more than one role?
Yes, you can apply for as many roles you feel are appropriate.
Can I re-apply should I be unsuccessful?
Yes, you can re-apply to any role when it is listed. Please ensure that you re-apply via your previous candidate profile and provide the details of your previous application on the registration form.
How can I update/edit any details supplied on my registration form?
Please login as a returning candidate, and select ‘Edit’ next to the relevant job application. You can now edit and update your registration form details. Please ensure that you select ‘Save and Continue’ at the bottom of the page.
My circumstances have changed, how do I remove myself from the application process?
Please login and ‘withdraw’ your application in your candidate account.
Do M&G cover travel expenses?
Not typically, however in exceptional circumstances we may cover travel expenses. Please raise this question upon your 1st stage interview request.
How many interviews will I have?
The number of interviews will depend on the role requirements as will who you meet as part of the process.
When can I expect to receive updates on the progress of my application?
We review applications as quickly as possible however we do receive a large number of applications. Candidates will receive an email updating them of any progress at each stage and additionally any status changes will be reflected on your candidate profile. Emails can occasionally be redirected to junk folders, please ensure that noreply.M&Gemail@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org is saved as a ‘safe sender’ on your email account.
How long do I have to complete my online tests and/or digital interview? (Not applicable to all)
We ask that you please complete your tests and/or digital interview within 7 days of invitation; unless stated otherwise.
What is your recruitment process?
Once you have applied online and we have received your application it will be reviewed by our resourcing team or Real Estate HR Team. If your application matches our requirements you will be contacted by them to arrange the next step of the process. Each business area has a tailored selection process, which might include testing and interviews specific to the role.
What if my application is unsuccessful?
Candidates not selected for interview will be notified via email. If you have any questions as to why you have not been successful please contact email@example.com and we will be happy to discuss.
Who should I contact if I can no longer make it to the scheduled interview or am delayed on route?
If you are unable to attend or are running late for your interview you should contact the member of the recruitment team who has been your contact during the process as soon as reasonably possible.
Will I be considered for any other positions when applying for a specific position?
Yes, but we would encourage you to apply formally for each role that you would like to be considered for.
Do you consider candidates outside of the immediate geography?
Providing applicants are happy to work in the specified location, we consider candidates from outside of the immediate geography.
My computer froze while I was attempting to apply, what should I do?
Log into your profile in PageUp where you will be able to check the status of your application. If the information has been lost then you will need to reapply. If the problem persists then please contact firstname.lastname@example.org referencing the job title and reference number in the subject line for permanent vacancy applications and email@example.com for temporary applications.
