The Business & IT Analysis schemes sit within the department Business Change (BC). BC is a key player in supporting the strategic goals of M&G through developing business and technology solutions; and developing business processes and operating models.
To maintain our competitive edge and dominant position in the Asset Management Industry, we’re looking for individuals who have a genuine interest in IT solutions, who are proactive and delivery focussed with excellent communication skills. You will possess, or have been predicted a minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree from any discipline, with a minimum 300 UCAS points.
About the schemes
Business Change is the primary interface for all M&G business units, working closely with each to understand the requirements for change and ultimately deliver the defined objectives within an agile project life-cycle environment.
You will be placed on high profile projects from the outset to gain exposure to the various business areas and technology used at M&G. Projects can range from improvements to existing business solutions, implementation of new business and IT solutions, through to multi-million pound revenue generating business initiatives. Not to mention meeting the increasing demands of the regulators whilst continuing to support our business areas achieve their strategic plans.
Graduates will also have the opportunity for maximum exposure to the various areas of change within Asset Management through a number of rotations through the different portfolios of change such as Investment, Products & Markets, and Central Services. This will help expand your knowledge base and ensure you can make an informed decision on which area you wish to focus on after the graduate scheme.
Training and development
All graduates and interns will take part in our comprehensive training programme. Once graduates have completed the IMC they will begin their supported study towards the BCS Diploma in Business Analysis.
