Our Human Resources (HR) schemes will suit individuals with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to build strong relationships across the business. You will possess, or have been predicted a minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree from any discipline, with a minimum 300 UCAS points.
About the schemes
The programmes will give you a practical introduction to the various HR teams at M&G and the wide scope of tasks and responsibilities that the department encompasses.
You will work closely with senior management and colleagues to expand your range of skills and competencies, as well as being able to make a genuine contribution to the organisation’s success from a very early stage.
HR graduate scheme
To gain a full and holistic understanding of HR, you will rotate between the following teams; HR Generalists, Learning & Talent Development, Reward, Recruitment and M&G Real Estate (MGRE) HR department.
HR internship scheme
The internship scheme will involve an 8 week placement in one of the 6 different HR teams.
Training and development
All graduates and interns take part in our comprehensive training. Once graduates have completed the IMC they will begin their supported study towards either the Certificate in Personnel Practice (CPP) or Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualifications.
