M&G Risk conducts a wide variety of roles, from challenging business units on risks, controls and actions through to asset valuations and providing investment risk analysis.
We are looking for candidates who are pro-active team players with strong numeracy, planning and organisation skills. You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships. You will need to possess, or have been predicted a minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree from any discipline, with a minimum 300 UCAS points.
About the scheme
Our Risk teams develop and communicate the risk framework and policies, produce Management Information for the M&G Risk Committee, develop and run risk models, monitor counterparty exposures, and build constructive and supportive relationships with the business.
The Graduate Risk Analyst is an integral member of the Risk team. As a new Graduate you will rotate through many of the risk functions and teams at M&G and the Prudential Group. Once you have completed the programme you will be placed in one of the following teams: Risk Analysis, Risk Monitoring and Controls or the Operational Risk Team.
Training and development
As well as our comprehensive training, graduates will begin their supported study towards the Professional Risk Managers International Association (PRMiA) or Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) qualification, on completion of the IMC.
