Career returners

M&G supports people coming back to work

M&G encourages applications from people who have taken an extended career break and are looking to return to the workplace.

Career breaks can be taken for any number of reasons, to look after a young family, provide elderly care, for health reasons, travel, volunteering, study or just time out. We recognise that the journey back can be daunting, a good work-life balance is important and, wherever possible, offer flexible working arrangements.

Successful candidates will receive tailored support, which may include coaching, mentoring, networking and other learning opportunities. We can discuss support options available to you during the hiring process.
