M&GPrudential Career Returners Programme

Are you considering stepping back into a professional role after a career break?

We are excited to launch our 2019 Career Returners Programme: a 6 month paid placement commencing in September 2019. Our programme is aimed at talented professionals (men or women) looking to return to the workplace (generally into mid to senior level roles) and is open to anyone who has taken an extended career break of 18 months or more.

At M&G Prudential,  we understand that the journey back into the workplace can be daunting and we want to make this transition as easy as possible, therefore we have partnered with Women Returners to ensure the successful candidates receive practical mentoring and coaching support to help address the challenges faced when returning to work.  We also recognise that a good work-life balance is important to many returners and, wherever possible, may be able to offer a variety of flexible working arrangements.

And at the end of the 6 months, there is also the possibility to transition into a permanent role.
