Under the EU ESG Ratings Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2024/3005), effective from 2 July 2026, regulated firms become subject to the same transparency requirements as ESG rating providers when proprietary ESG ratings are incorporated into products and/or services and are referenced in marketing communications.
This webpage sets out the required disclosures on the methodologies, assumptions, data sources and governance structures underpinning our proprietary ESG rating frameworks where such ratings are made public through our offerings or communications, ensuring alignment with the transparency standards mandated by the Regulation.
