Known Issues Accessing Pru Adviser Online Services on www.mandg.com

From the weekend of the 25th/26th June 2022 advisers will be redirected from www.pruadviser.co.uk to comparable content on www.mandg.com/pru/adviser.

The purpose of this page is to describe some of the browser settings changes advisers may have to make in order to allow continued access to online services.

After logging on with your Unipass certificate you may be redirected elsewhere (e.g. straight back to the login page, or to www.mandg.com). In this case you would either need to update the browser Privacy settings, or use an alternative browser (e.g. Chrome).

Using an alternative browser (e.g. Chrome) would be the preferable option.

If you continue with Safari you can make the following change. However, you should be aware that this is a global setting and would apply to all web sites (not just M&G web sites).

  •  Select Safari in the tool bar and scroll down to select preferences
  • In the pop-up, select Privacy
  • Un-check Website tracking: Prevent cross-site tracking
  • Close the pop-up
  • Refresh the page

Follow the steps below to address.

  • Open Firefox settings by selecting the burger menu from the top right of the browser window
  • Select “Settings”
  • Select “Privacy & Security”
  • Scroll down to the sections titled “Cookies and Site Data”
  • Click “Manage Exceptions…”
  • Type in the address of the web site ( www.mandg.com ) and click “Allow”
  • Click “Save Changes”
