We have made improvements to the majority of our online services to support the latest browsers and operating systems. However, a small number of services can only be accessed using Internet Explorer at this time.
If you'd like to use our services with a digital certificate there are two methods, depending on whether you are an adviser based onshore or offshore:
Please register for an Unipass Digital Certificate.
Please register for a BT certificate by emailing the PruAdviser Helpdesk (remembering to not send any personal or confidential information through email. Prudential advocate strong security and privacy principles). Or, you can call the helpdesk on 0808 234 5200.
You will then need to log in using the link "Sign in with a BT Certificate" on the login page.
If you have a valid certificate then there has been a problem entering the site. Please close down your browser. Open again and try to access the site remembering to select a valid Digital Certificate from the 'Client Authentication' dialogue box when prompted.
