Who provides the Prudential ISA and the Online Service

Your Prudential ISA is provided by Link Financial Investments Limited and they provide the online service.

They are the ISA Plan Manager, and are responsible for all regulatory and legal aspects of the ISA. They provide all customer services, including issuing contract notes, statements and other post-sales communications. These contract notes, statements and other post-sales communications will be Link branded.

How to register

There’s two ways you can register for online access with Link Financial Investments Limited;

Self- registration - This is a two stage process where you’ll have to request a unique code as part of the registration process. Link Financial Investments Limited will post this code to you so that you can complete registration, and is required and sent by post for security purposes.

You’ll need to be the ISA account holder and have the following information to hand when registering:

Your ISA Investor Id – this can be found on any letter or statement Link Financial Investments Limited have sent you.
Your date of birth
Your national insurance number. If you don’t currently have one, don’t worry as you’ll be able select that option in the journey. Please note however, that it is a regulatory requirement to provide the ISA Manager § with your national insurance number so you will have to provide this to Link Financial Investments Limited.

Adviser invite to register - If you have a financial adviser on your Prudential ISA, you can contact them and ask them to send you a registration invite.

This is the quickest way to register as you won’t need a unique code required under the above self-register option.

Please also note, as part of registration, whichever option you use, you’ll also be asked to confirm your bank details if these aren’t currently held on your Prudential ISA, so have these details to hand.

Once you’ve completed the registration process, you’ll be ready to access your online account
