Trust Registration

As part of regulatory requirements, if the investment relates to an existing trust or the bond is being placed into trust, the Trustee(s) are required to:

• Register the trust on the Irish Central Register of Beneficial Ownership of Trusts (CRBOT)
• Maintain an internal trust register

Note: Trusts registered in another EU country do not need CRBOT registration if the Trustee(s) can provide a certificate from an equivalent EU register containing the same information

Information about the App Gen Tool

You are about to use the App Generation Tool for the Prudential International Investment Bond.

By answering a number of specific questions the App Generation Tool dynamically generates a bespoke application form based on the type of applicant. The tool will also produce:

• a bespoke checklist of requirements
• a guide to Anti Money Laundering requirements for the application type
• any additional documents that may be required

As mentioned above, in order to generate these documents we will now ask a number of questions. If any of the questions are answered incorrectly it may result in you receiving an application form which will not capture all of the information required which could cause a delay in processing the application.
