About us

Our global Infrastructure & Real Assets team invests in infrastructure and adjacent real asset investments (such as food production and nature based solutions) through primary funds, co-investments, secondaries.

Supported by our own capital and a broad, diversified portfolio, we bring the scale and flexibility needed to pursue compelling opportunities as they emerge. We focus on the middle market, drawing on deep sector expertise, long-standing relationships, and exclusive off-market access to drive capital growth and deliver long-term value.

Established over 15 years ago, our Infrastructure & Real Assets team has built a global track record investing in North America, Europe, and key developed and emerging markets. We currently manage over $4 billion* in assets (31/03/2025).

Investing in data centres, fibre, and wireless infrastructure that enable AI and connectivity.

Upgrading aging infrastructure and adapting to climate risks with more robust systems, including water treatment and flood management, recycling and waste solutions, and supply chain infrastructure such as cold storage and transportation networks.

Infrastructure & Real Assets Horizons Strategy

Following a similar approach to the broader Infrastructure & Real Assets Strategy, our evergreen Horizons strategy focuses on investments which directly contribute improving outcomes for people and the planet. The strategy comprises over 130 underlying portfolio companies and exceeds $600m in size (as of 31 March 2025).

The strategy seeks to achieve this by:

  • Growing and scaling existing real asset businesses.
  • Upgrading and repurposing existing assets.
