Case study: UK club deal, 101 Embankment, Manchester
Using local connections and partners, we sourced a best-in-class, newly constructed office building in central Manchester, unavailable on the open market. We delivered a club deal between two of our institutional clients alongside an M&G pooled fund, a transaction designed to offer different types of investors the potential to access long-term, attractive risk-adjusted returns from real estate assets.
