A specialist strategy targeting the UK Private Rented Sector (PRS), through the acquisition of standing investments and funding of new developments.

Our strategy aims to access sustainable and growing income streams. Taking a research-based approach, we target areas with good transport networks, proximity to centres of strong economic activity and which are located close to good/outstanding OFSTED rated schools, for the target demographic of young professionals and families.

PRS offers strong diversification, with low correlations with commercial real estate, equities and bonds. As one of the first institutional investors in UK PRS we’ve partnered with established developers and housebuilders to create high-quality properties. Our focus on sustainable homes and community-led living aims to create happier, longer-term customers with the potential to lower costs, and strengthen investor returns.

Case study: Rehearsal Rooms, North Acton, London

This 152 home development, built to sustainable construction standards, provides amenities such as electric car sharing, a terrace with communal space for gardening and growing vegetables, and a sports play deck. Residents are offered a range of social events, from monthly breakfasts to televised sports events and rooftop yoga classes, helping to promote health and wellbeing and community spirit.
