How to access Online Services
To access our secure Online Services you’ll need to first log in using a secure service and then log in using an agency number for each relevant product.
Agency Registration and Administration
Set up an agency registration to do business with Prudential as an adviser. You can also administer your account.
Back office system integrations
You can get real-time data linked with your own back office systems (client management systems) for a number of our services.
Portal illustrations
You can access illustrations and new business submissions through industry-leading comparison portals.
Digital Letter of Authority
Use our digital service to submit your clients LOA. Here you can upload the request, track its progress and receive confirmation of next steps.
Online Death Notification
Use our online tool to notify us of the death of a client. You'll receive confirmation of submission and our bereavements team will then be in touch regarding next steps.

There are times when our online services will be unavailable. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Service hours
| Monday - Friday | 8am - 10pm |
| Saturday | 8am - 4pm |
| Sunday | Services are normally available. However, due to regular maintenance updates, this is not guaranteed. |
Certain life valuations are unavailable from 6pm - 10pm on the last working day of each month.
