Tom’s role is to lead the M&G Wealth Advice network, which includes The Academy. His career in financial services spans three decades, during which time he has gathered experience across the entire sector with perspectives of an adviser, a provider, a network, and a training and development academy.
Dan’s role is to oversee the end-to-end journey of the Academy programme. He supports partners with their onboarding requirements for both themselves and their firm, and helps with regulatory obligations and developing operational efficiencies, to help drive the firm forward.
Jack's role is to coach and develop trainees when client contact commences. He’ll develop and action a tailored route to competent adviser with each individual. Jack provides coaching and development in areas ranging from initial client contact, providing the best client outcomes and building and growing your business.
James and his team support the development of trainees once they become partners of M&G Wealth Advice. They’ll observe meetings with clients and provide appropriate coaching and development in areas ranging from initial client contact to submitting a business file and everything in between.
Avril will be the trainees main point of contact for general Academy queries throughout the duration of the programme
Ewan and his team manage the induction programmes for new trainees. Involved at subsequent stages of the Academy programme, Ewan and his team are the trainees first point of contact if they have any questions about their Diploma training.
