The Academy programme

The Academy can support you in becoming a fully qualified financial adviser.  Watch this short video where Matthew Ings, Head of Academy, will tell you a bit more about The Academy.

Who can join The Academy?

Whether you’re starting out on your career path, returning to work after a career break, or maybe just looking for a new challenge, our Academy could be for you.

We’re looking for strong candidates, with the commitment and drive to build their knowledge and develop skills and behaviours required for the role.

Continue to work while you study

Through our Academy training programme, you can achieve the qualifications and skills you need for a career as a financial adviser, while still working your current job.

Already part or full qualified?

If you already have your Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, you can still join, you’ll just start at Stage 2.

The Academy takes the trainees through a four stage process before becoming a fully qualified financial adviser.
