Our objective is to create a diversified portfolio of high quality, sustainable properties with long leases in sectors including offices, logistics and residential. 
 
ESG is an important consideration in our investment and asset management processes. We have a dedicated Responsible Property Investment team that enables us to respond to the growing range of environmental and social issues that can impact property value.
