Our objective is to create a diversified portfolio of high quality, sustainable properties in sectors including offices, logistics, residential, student accommodation, senior living, hotels and long income. 
ESG is an important consideration in our investment and asset management processes. We have a dedicated Responsible Property Investment team that enables us to respond to the growing range of environmental and social issues that can impact property value.  
Our local European offices also benefit from a network of dedicated individuals within the research, development and construction, transaction management, and portfolio management teams.
