We offer these unlisted securities, typically offered by larger companies with strong financial profiles, directly to a limited group of institutional investors, rather than via the public market.
As a rule, these corporates do not issue publicly-traded bonds. Privately placed debt can help diversify a portfolio, in addition to its capacity for generating stable, contracted cashflows, with substantial protections for investors.
