I became CEO of the M&G Wealth Platform in 2026, but previously joined the Board and Executive Committee in 2020 as CFO following the acquisition of the platform by M&G plc, a role I will maintain while we search for a suitable replacement.
I’m a Fellow Chartered and Certified Accountant and have spent most of my career in financial services. Since joining M&G plc in 2011, I’ve held a variety of leadership roles across the business, and prior to that I worked in audit and advisory at BDO UK.
Outside of work, I’m a keen golfer.
I've worked in financial services since 2006, beginning my career as a paraplanner in Glasgow where I developed a deep appreciation for the adviser/client relationship.
In 2010, I transitioned into the platform space with AXA Wealth, and in 2016 joined M&G Wealth Platform (formerly Ascentric), now part of the wider M&G plc group.
With over a decade of experience in platform sales, I'm passionate about supporting adviser firms and helping them deliver outstanding outcomes for their clients.
I'm energised by the growth prospects of the platform and its evolving proposition, which I believe will continue to enhance the value delivered to advisers across the UK.
In July 2021 I joined the team as Chief Information Officer to lead technology delivery, service and transformation. Before that I was the Head of Operations and Portfolio at M&G.
Since 2005 I’ve held a variety of technology delivery and transformation roles across financial services and telecoms industry.
Outside of work I spends as much time as possible away from my screen and outdoors with my family - walking, running and camping.
