Once your Financial Adviser has arranged for you to be set-up you'll receive a welcome email from us. You'll need to activate your platform account by logging in and following the steps on screen.
When you log into the platform you’ll need your username and password. Your username is the same as your client number. It’s a unique number that usually starts with a ‘1’. It was sent to you during registration.
If you don’t know your username or password, you can reset them on the platform, without needing to call us. Just go to 'Forgotten your login details?' on the login screen and select whether you’ve forgotten your username or password. If we’ve got a unique email address on file for you, we’ll send you an email with either the reminder of your username, or the link to reset your password.
When you’ve logged in, select the correspondence icon in the top right hand corner to find your statement and any other correspondence. To request a paper statement or alternative format like Braille or large print please call us on 0345 076 6140. We’ll ask you some security questions before updating your preferences.

FAD is a crystallised pension account (accessed by a client by taking pension benefits), which allows you to take a flexible amount of income or lump sums, without restriction. This replaces flexible and capped drawdown, although existing capped drawdown plans are continuing.
