In partnership with Women Returners, we are launching our 2023 intake of our forthcoming Career Returner Programme. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced professionals who have taken an extended career break of 18 months or more to re-join the workplace in a supportive and flexible way.
In the recent past, we have recruited returners who have been out of the workplace for as long as 9 years and whilst some roles we offer may require specific expertise or knowledge, for the majority of roles we are looking for potential.
We welcome applications from all diverse backgrounds and are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, capable of building and maintaining relationships and are enthusiastic to work and learn with us.
We are also proud to report we have had a 100% conversion to permanent or full time contracts for the previous two programmes run at M&G.
