Nurturing early talent is incredibly valuable to us at M&G plc, and by helping young people build up their knowledge and develop their skills through their experience working in a busy environment we can shape the future of our organisation.
We spoke to some of our current and former apprentices to find out more about their apprenticeship experience with M&G.

Diana Domingues - Former Apprentice and Junior Income Accountant, London
“I believe M&G has been the perfect place to start my career. With the endless support offered in combination with the hands-on experience, I have really been able to develop my accounting skills and understanding.”
Kieran Curtis - Project Support Analyst Apprentice, Scotland
“My apprenticeship experience has taught me so much more than I could have hoped for. The process of working alongside professionals in my area and learning the tricks and traits that they have adopted into working life has been priceless. I have learnt a vast range of skills, considering the short amount of time I have been here!”

Ellie Buchannan - Former Apprentice and Talent Intelligence Analyst, Scotland
“I joined M&G as a Risk Analyst Apprentice and I haven’t looked back. The Apprenticeship Scheme has taught me so much, from learning how to analyse and report data in a user-friendly way to learning more soft skills around how to network and communicate with various stakeholders. After I completed my apprenticeship, I realised that Risk Management wasn’t for me. With the support from my colleagues and managers, I was able to secure a Talent Analyst role within the Resourcing Team. I am enjoying my new role and I can see a future for myself within this team.”
Ha Linh Pham - Sustainability Business Analyst Apprentice, London
“In the past 6 months within the ESG and Responsibility team, I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience of being able to project manage and build my knowledge in stewardship and assessment methodologies. I have also had the opportunity to build my stakeholder management skills since joining the Apprenticeship Programme.”
