Empowering Families is an international programme to help prevent family breakdown. This ensures that children grow up in a stable family and become resilient adults through holistic support including care, livelihood, food security, shelter, education and skills, protection, physical health and emotional wellbeing.
Empowering Families supports young adults into education and employment through school attendance, adult learning, employment training and access to vocational and entrepreneurship support.
Colleagues provide mentoring support to young people on the programme on a range of employability topics including CV writing, job interviewing, resilience and confidence building.
