Ciaran is Head of LIO, and responsible for the management of the assets of Prudential UK. which includes the asset allocation, manager selection and the mandate design for over £150bn of internal client assets.

Responsible for the long-term investment strategy for LIO which includes Strategic Asset Allocation. He is also responsible for providing economic capital market views and scenarios to the M&G group for business planning and regulatory requirements which includes the development and maintenance of M&Gs in-house stochastic economic scenario generator "Genesis".

Leads the team responsible for manager selection and assessing the ongoing suitability of the managers. The ensure that mandates are designed to capture the skill sets of underlying managers and are positioned in a way achieve the outcomes for the multi-asset funds which the LIO have responsibility for.

Jin Wee Tan is responsible for formulating and implementing Environmental, Social and Governance investment strategy for Prudential Assurance Company (PAC).

Leads the team responsible for the day to day portfolio management across our range of funds, ensuring the funds remain well aligned to their long term targets and that they allocate to the desired managers in the correct proportions, rebalancing where cash flows and market moves take us off course.
