From 16 May, you’ll see a refreshed look across our websites, including the M&G logo in the header.

There’s nothing you, or your clients, need to do.

This change is about creating a clearer, more consistent experience across M&G – while keeping everything you and your clients rely on exactly the same.

What’s changing (from 16 May)

  • Our websites will move to an M&G look and feel, with the M&G logo/banner in the header.
  • Our Adviser website will be presented under the refreshed site name “M&G for financial professionals” (replacing PruAdviser).
  • Page layout and styling may look a little different, designed to help you find information more easily.

What’s not changing?

  • No changes to any Pru products, servicing, or contacts.
  • No changes to how you access Adviser information and services (same journeys and support).
  • No changes for clients and customers – they’ll also see clear on-site notifications, so the update doesn’t come as a surprise.

Your bookmarks will continue to work

We know you may work from saved links. Your existing bookmarks and links will continue to take you to the right place, even as the site moves to the refreshed M&G look.

Tip: If you want the new destination handy, you’ll find the Adviser content under mandg.com/adviser

Why we’re making this change

Pru is part of M&G. Bringing the look and feel of our websites closer together helps create a more consistent experience and makes it simpler for people to find the information theyneed.
