A personalised investment update and statement for the period 5 October 2020 to 5 April 2021 will be mailed to investors during the first week of May. If you haven't received your statement by Thursday 3 June, please contact our Customer Relations team.
The statement booklets include a personalised statement for the review period, and Consolidated Tax Voucher(s) (if applicable) for the 12 months ending 5 April 2021.

We removed the ‘Review of markets’ and the ‘Fund details’ pages from the October 2017 Statements booklet. This was due to feedback received from investors on what they mainly view in their statement booklets and the information they would like to receive. Feedback highlighted that many investors mainly look at their investment values and then go online to find out further performance details.

We have removed M&G branding from all envelopes that contain customer sensitive information to help prevent fraud and protect personal investment information.
Although a great idea, fund reports are mailed six-monthly in accordance with each fund's distribution period. As these periods are spread out across a full calendar year, they unfortunately do not coincide with the statement period (which we believe is the most appropriate time of year for statements, ie the end and mid-point of a tax year).
