Half-yearly statement mailing

A personalised investment update and statement for the period 5 October 2021 to 5 April 2022 will be mailed to investors during the last week of April. If you haven't received your statement by Tuesday 24 May 2022, please contact our Customer Relations team.

The statement booklets include a personalised statement for the review period, and Consolidated Tax Voucher(s) (if applicable) for the 12 months ending 5 April.

My statement booklet no longer contains the Fund details page. Where can I get this information?

We removed the ‘Review of markets’ and the ‘Fund details’ pages from the October 2017 Statements booklet. This was due to feedback received from investors on what they mainly view in their statement booklets and the information they would like to receive. Feedback highlighted that many investors mainly look at their investment values and then go online to find out further performance details.

Why is there no branding on the envelopes?

We have removed M&G branding from all envelopes that contain customer sensitive information to help prevent fraud and protect personal investment information.

The statement uses a lot of paper – does this cost M&G more to produce?

The mailing is very cost efficient:

  • Reduced print costs: The colour application may look very expensive, but M&G has employed specific technologies which allow us to achieve this at a lower cost than the previously used loose, single sheet statement mailings.
