A personalised investment update and statement for the period 5 October 2023 to 5 April 2024 will be mailed to investors from 7 May 2024. If you haven't received your statement by Friday 24 May 2024, please contact our Customer Relations team.

The statement includes a personalised statement for the review period, and Consolidated Tax Voucher(s) (if applicable) for the 12 months ending 5 April.

Why is my statement in a loose-leaf format and not in a booklet format?

Since October 2023, we've sent your half-yearly statements in a loose-leaf format instead of a booklet. You’ll still continue to receive the same information. The change in format is a result of M&G’s ESG commitment, helping to reduce paper usage and carbon emissions associated with the production of statements.

Why is there no branding on the envelopes?

We have removed M&G branding from all envelopes that contain customer sensitive information to help prevent fraud and protect personal investment information.
