Welcome to our My Account service

My Account is the easy way to access valuations on your M&G investments anytime, day or night.

As well as valuations, by registering for My Account, you can switch and withdraw money from your M&G investments, at a time that suits you.

What do I need to do?

You can register for My Account and access valuations on your M&G investments, view your transaction history or change your personal details, in just a few clicks.

Simply go to our My Account website


When registering for My Account you will be asked to complete a few simple steps:

  • Enter your personal details and M&G client reference (if you are having trouble locating this it can be found on your half-yearly postal statement from M&G).
  • Submit the email address you would like us to use when we contact you. This needs to be unique to you, as once you have registered, it will become your username when you log in to your upgraded account in the future.
  • Enter the passcode that will be sent to this email address, to confirm your registration – remember not to close the registration window if you open up your email account on the same device as you may have to start the process from the beginning.
  • Enter your mobile phone number. This will be used to send you a six-digit access code each time you log in to My Account.
  • Finally, to complete your registration you will be asked to enter a new password and create your own set of security questions to help us identify you, should you forget your log in details.

Don’t forget to bookmark the My Account homepage for your convenience – just hold down the 'Ctrl' key and press 'D'.

What happens next?

We will send both an email and a letter to you confirming your registration is complete and you can start accessing your investment valuations at your convenience.
