Hong Kong/Singapore, 16 October 2019 – M&G Investments (M&G) today announces that Loretta Ng will be joining M&G Investments as head of its Asian business on 1st November 2019.
Ng joins M&G Investments from Eastspring Investments, where she has served as CEO of Eastspring Taiwan since 2011. Prior to this she was Chief Marketing Officer of Eastspring Taiwan, and Head of Product, Marketing and Business Operations for Eastspring Singapore. She also served on the board of Eastspring’s asset management joint venture in China for three years.
Ng’s hire represents another significant step in M&G’s strategy to invest in global locations and markets offering client development opportunities and scope for future growth. It builds upon M&G’s successful growth of its Asian real estate investment portfolio, and its recent investment in Asian equity fund management and research, with four investment professionals based in Hong Kong and Singapore joining the business in September.
In her new role at M&G, Ng will be based in Singapore, and will report to Joffy Willcocks, M&G’s Head of Distribution for asset management, and Chief International Officer, Graham Mason, who says:

M&G is set to demerge from its parent company Prudential plc on 21st October 2019 to become an independent company listed on the London Stock Exchange, under the name M&G plc.
