Make sure that any additional anti-money laundering requirements are emailed to us too. Please note that the client’s tax details must be must be completed in the Tax Residency Self Certification (TRSC) form and signed by the client. Please also note that the declaration of non-Irish residency is a statutory requirement and therefore requires a signed client declaration. A fully completed and signed scanned copy is acceptable.

Company/corporate investment

If the company investment is a single director, a witness signature is required and we cannot accept this as a signatureless declaration. Please note that the client’s tax details must be must be completed in the Tax Residency Self Certification (TRSC) form and signed by the client. Please also note that the declaration of non-Irish residency is a statutory requirement and therefore requires a signed client declaration. A fully completed and signed scanned copy is acceptable.
