Who we are

Behind every product and service is a team that genuinely cares about helping you make sound decisions. Whether you’re planning for tomorrow or navigating important choices today, we take the time to listen, understand what matters to you, and offer support that feels personal, not overwhelming.

If you have a plan branded as Prudential – whether that’s a product invested in PruFund, the Prudential Guaranteed Income Plan, or anything else carrying the Prudential name – it’s managed by the Prudential Assurance Company, which forms part of M&G. Put simply, if your paperwork refers to Pru or Prudential, you’ve come to the right place.

This report gives our policyholders and other interested parties information on the financial strength of our regulated insurance companies, The Prudential Assurance Company Limited (PAC) and Prudential Pensions Limited (PPL). The Solvency and Financial Condition Report, prepared at M&G plc group level, shows that PAC and PPL are financially strong companies.
