Bereavement

Unfortunately, we'll all be affected by the loss of a loved one at some point in our lives.

From notifying us of a death, to making a claim, we can help you through this and point you in the best direction for more help when you need it

There are several ways you can let us know about the passing of a loved one.

Online

You can use our online bereavement notification form - it’s a simple and convenient way to let us know about a death, especially if speaking to someone feels too difficult right now. It usually takes around 10 minutes to complete.

Step 1
Before you start

You'll need to provide some documents and key information when filling in the form, so it's best to have it all to-hand.

Some products may not be suitable for the online bereavement notification form.

Step 2
After you've notified us

We're here to help you through this process every step of the way. Here's what to expect and what we’ll do after you let us know someone has passed away.
