Need help finding a lost plan?

If you’ve lost a plan or think you may have an old, unclaimed plan, we can help you trace it. We can also help you find a Prudential plan held by a family member who has passed away.

What we need to trace your plan

Please provide the following essential details:

  • Planholder’s full name
  • Date of birth
  • National Insurance number
  • Address where the last payment was made

Optional (if available):

  • Plan number
  • Payment method (e.g. Direct Debit or cash collection). If Direct Debit, include bank details used for payment.

If writing to us:

  • Include a copy of the planholder’s ID (Driver’s licence or passport) along with the above.
