What can you do online

Once registered, you can start using the service straight away to

  • view important information about your product
  • download your latest annual statement
  • view the current value of your product
  • contact us by secure message and live chat
  • update your address, phone number and bank details.


Once you’ve set up your account and we’ve verified it’s you, you’ll be ready to access your online account.

Registering is quick and easy

It takes about five minutes. You’ll need your

  • plan number (found on any letter we've sent you)
  • postcode, and
  • date of birth.
