Changing your bank details?

  • Send us your new Direct Debit form at least 10 working days before your payment is due to avoid delay.
  • We request payment from your bank 8 working days before deduction, so timing matters.  

If your payment is rejected

We’ll let you know if your bank rejects a payment. You can pay the arrears by:

  • Cheque – made payable to Prudential Assurance Company Limited with your name or policy number, or
  • Direct Debit – using your existing Direct Debit mandate.

Make sure your bank has the correct Direct Debit details. You may need to complete a new Direct Debit form. Please check this with your bank.
