For any changes to your address, we’re required to complete a verification process before we can confirm an update on our records. Once this is confirmed, the updated data may take up to 4 weeks to display on the Dashboard. We apologise for any inconvenience this delay may cause.
If the change you've made is more significant, like a change to your retirement date, then the value information you see on the Dashboard might be dated up to 13 months prior to today’s date.
