How to register
Registration is simple, only takes five minutes and once complete you’ll be able to start using the online service right away.
You’ll need to be the policy holder and have these three things to hand when registering:
- Your policy number – this can be found on any letter or statement we’ve sent you. It may be referred to as your plan or reference number and will be between 4 and 17 digits long with numbers, letters or a combination of both
- Your date of birth
- Your postcode
