Use the Government's 'Tell Us Once' service to inform several government bodies of a death, in one go. This service will inform HMRC, the Department of Work and Pensions, the Passport Office, the DVLA, local councils and more.

Or to notify us by phone, please call 0800 000 000. Lines are open 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday. 0800 calls are free from BT landlines and can vary from other providers. If you call us you'll be asked to tell us in a few words why you're calling. Just say "Notify you of a death" and you'll be passed to someone who can help.
How ever you choose to contact us, please provide us with as much information about the products and plans the deceased had with us. Including if they had more than one product or plan with us.
