Review your pension, pay more in, take money out or understand your options – whatever your needs, we can help.
The MoneyHelper Pensions Dashboard is a secure, online resource offered by the government-backed MoneyHelper service.
You can use it to find and view any private, workplace or state pensions you might have, all in one place.
The Dashboard is expected to go live to the public, sometime in 2026.
Once you’ve logged on securely through the MoneyHelper Pensions Dashboard, you’ll be able to view:
You'll also be able to connect from the Dashboard to your pension provider(s) for more detailed information.
The Dashboard won’t show:
The Dashboard won’t display any fund values or your Estimated Retirement Income (ERI):
There are a number of reasons why your pension may not be showing on the Dashboard. For example:
If you think you have a pension with us that isn’t showing, please contact us.
An Estimated Retirement Income (ERI) is a projection of the retirement income you could get when you retire. It’s based on the assumptions of continued fund growth and ongoing future contributions (if applicable) to your current fund.
You’ll usually see this value in your Annual Benefit Statement (ABS), though it won't be called an ERI. It may be called your 'projected fund value' instead.
The Annual Accrued Value (AV) is a calculation of the annual income your current fund could provide you with today, if your retirement date was the same as the illustration date. This isn't a value we currently provide in the Annual Benefit Statement (ABS).
The values for your Estimated Retirement Income (ERI) and Annual Accrued Value (AV) will be updated annually on the MoneyHelper Pensions Dashboard.
Each pension you have will be displayed as a separate item on the Dashboard. The provider’s details for that pension will also be displayed. If you’re seeing more than one Prudential plan on the Dashboard:
It can take up to 3 months for a new pension to be added to the Dashboard and up to a year before any values are displayed.

For customers who are expecting to see an ERI but don’t:

If you didn’t request to set up a pension yourself, it’s likely that a previous employer may have enrolled you into their scheme. The name of the scheme will be on the Dashboard. The government also has a pension tracing service you can use.
The MoneyHelper Pensions Dashboard provides information on pensions associated with you.
If any of the pension information provided by the Dashboard is unfamiliar, it may be that the original provider or pension plan as you previously knew it, has been taken over.
For any matched pensions on the Dashboard, your plan number will be showing against the plan reference number.
You’ll be able to find your plan number on your Annual Benefit Statement (ABS), or on any letters you receive from us. It may also be referred to as your reference number and will be between 4 and 17 digits long, made up of numbers, letters or a combination of both.
If you can't find your details just visit our lost plan page to read about your options.
