Online
If you’re an existing customer, you can use our Online Service to get in touch with us via Secure Message and Live Chat.
If you need to contact us on behalf of one of our customers, you can use our PruMail service.
Relay UK
This a free service, helping those with hearing or speech difficulties communicate with us over the phone.
You can download their app for your computer, tablet or phone. Or, if you have one, you can use your text phone and dial 18001 before the number you want to call. You can find out more about Relay UK by visiting their website.
Sign Video
If your preferred language is British Sign Language (BSL), you can contact us using this video relay service. Download their app for your computer, tablet or phone to connect to a BSL interpreter.
Further support
Offering emotional and practical help to those living with any degree of hearing loss. Their Helpdesk Responders have lived or professional experience of hearing loss.
