How we can help

We understand that at times, for those who are neurodiverse, it could be difficult to focus on big tasks. Or, lots of information could become overwhelming. It may be that you need some flexibility in how we work with you. We can offer a range of support including:

Prompts and processes

  • If it helps, we can work with you to break down longer processes into manageable steps.

  • As a standard, we let all customers know about how long it will take to process or complete a request, or if we need anything more before can move forward. If you need us to be clearer or remind you of these, just let us know.

How we communicate with you

  • We can send you written confirmation after any discussions we have together, to summarise what’s been discussed, any agreements made and the next steps.

  • We can send communications to you in Large Print or on an Audio CD. Just let us know your preferred format, and we’ll do the rest.

  • We’ve built our website to be compatible with screen readers.

Contacting us

  • Let us know if you ever need to update your format preferences. That way, we can continue to communicate with you in a way that suits you best.
  • There are a number of ways you can contact us. Simply choose what suits you best. You can send us a message online, call us, or write to us.
