By logging in or registering for our Online Service you'll be able to view important information about your pension, download your annual statement, and update your personal details.

Register for our Online Service

Registering for our Online Service is easy and only takes five minutes. You'll need your policy number, postcode and date of birth. Your policy number will be on any letter we've sent you.

Once registered, you'll be able to use the service straight away, at a time that suits you. Register now.

Register or log in to our Online Service to get a copy of your annual statement and your current pension value.

Register or log in to our Online Service to update your address details quickly and easily.

To change your name, we’ll need a signed letter from you with details of your previous name and your new name. We’ll also need one of the following original documents: a Marriage Certificate, Civil Partnership Certificate, Decree Absolute, Final Order or a Deed Poll.

We'll return your document to you straight away.

We recommend that you carefully consider your options, including your tax position, before accessing your pension savings. Taking money out is a big decision and one that’s best made with an adviser.

You'll be able to nominate a beneficiary by completing and sending us the beneficiary nomination form. To get a copy of the relevant form, please contact us.

You're able to change the investments and funds that you're currently invested in. The Fund Guide, Key Investor Information Documents (KIID) and Fund Prospectuses provide more information about the funds you can invest in. You will need to select "Documents" in order to view the KIID. The fund Prospectus can be found on the relevant fund managers website.

You'll be able to check the funds you're invested in on your annual statement, that's available through our Online Service.

You have the option of investing in the PruFund range and a wide range of Open Ended Investment Company (OEICs) funds. You can also put your money in other types of external investments. For example, direct share holdings, investment trusts and other exchange traded investments. To do this you will need to enter into an agreement with a company called Stocktrade.

Your financial adviser can explain your options and can recommend the best approach for your situation. The value of your investment can go down as well as up and you may not get back the amount you originally invested.

There's no charges for changes to PruFund Funds or OEIC's. If you're invested in external funds through Stocktrade you may be charged an amount for each transaction.

Yes, you're able to transfer pensions from other providers into this pension.

Please speak to the provider of your other pension before you do this. You may lose important guarantees and benefits, there may also be additional charges that will apply.

We can only accept transfers from another pension scheme if you have received a recommendation from your adviser to proceed with the transfer.
