There’s no additional cost for using these services, you just pay your normal call charges.
If you have hearing or speech difficulties you can contact us by phone using the Relay UK national relay service. This service helps deaf, speech impaired and hearing people talk to each other over the phone.
If you’re a deaf or hard of hearing customer whose preferred language is British Sign Language (BSL), you can contact us using a video relay service.
