How we can help

We're committed to making sure all our customers can contact us using a method that's convenient to them.

If you’re deaf, hard of hearing or have speech difficulties SignVideo and Relay UK offer free services that make it easier for you to contact us.

There’s no additional cost for using these services, you just pay your normal call charges.

Relay UK

If you have hearing or speech difficulties you can contact us by phone using the Relay UK national relay service. This service helps deaf, speech impaired and hearing people talk to each other over the phone.

SignVideo

If you’re a deaf or hard of hearing customer whose preferred language is British Sign Language (BSL), you can contact us using a video relay service.

Important information

We’ll never ask you for any passwords you may have set up so please don’t provide them to your SignVideo interpreter or Relay UK assistant.

We may monitor or record the calls between us and your interpreter or assistant to help us improve our service and for security purposes.

Offering emotional and practical help to those living with any degree of hearing loss. Their Helpdesk Responders have lived or professional experience of hearing loss.
