Any paper application form received by Link Financial Investments Limited where your client doesn’t fall under the above categories will be rejected and will have to be processed using the online service.

If you’re client has provided you with a completed form or they’ve discussed a withdrawal from their Prudential ISA with you, you should process the request using the online service. This is the quickest and easiest way for you to process your client’s request.
Any forms received, other than in the circumstances highlighted above, may be rejected and requested to be completed online.
