To access our secure Online Services you’ll need to first log in using a secure service and then log in using an agency number for each relevant product.
Set up an agency registration to do business with Prudential as an adviser. You can also administer your account.
You can get real-time data linked with your own back office systems (client management systems) for a number of our services.
You can access illustrations and new business submissions through industry-leading comparison portals.
Use our existing secure messaging service for products such as our Retirement Account and International Portfolio Bond. Please do not send any personal or confidential information through unsecured email.
Use our digital service to submit your clients LOA. Here you can upload the request, track its progress and receive confirmation of next steps.

Saturday | 8am - 4pm |
Sunday | Services are normally available. However, due to regular maintenance updates, this is not guaranteed. |
Certain life valuations are unavailable from 6pm - 10pm on the last working day of each month.
