This was a Techy Thursday special with guest speakers from AJ Bell and M&G to present a broader industry view of the ‘state of the nation’.
They discussed:
- The current political scene and how it could shape future fiscal events
- What might be announced in the Budget, and what this could mean for financial planning
- Upcoming changes to bring pensions into the IHT net
- Regulation governing the delivery of advice
- Key issues affecting retirement planning and what ‘best practice’ looks like.
In addition, AJ Bell provided an overview of their Investcentre SIPP proposition.
