This page contains the main documentation you will have to provide to your client to set up a new Prudential ISA. Additional literature is available through the product literature section.
Some of the documents are owned by Prudential and some are owned by Link. If you select the Key Important Information Documents for the OEIC fund range you'll be asked to accept Link's investor notice to access the document. You'll only need to do this once in any browser session.
If your client is investing in any of the PruFund Funds available under the Prudential ISA you'll have to provide them with the relevant KID(s) and IOD(s) based on the type of payments to me made, i.e. single contribution/transfer payment and/or regular contribution, and the relevant PruFund funds for those payments.
Follow the link below to obtain the relevant documents. The documents are split into two sections:
If your client is investing in any of the LF Prudential Risk Managed OEICs available under the Prudential ISA, you'll need to provide the following documents to your client for each of the OEICs to be invested in.
Under MiFID II you’ll be aware the regulations require investment firms to provide clients with cost and charges disclosure pre-sale through an ex-ante cost and charges document for relevant investments.
Link Financial Investments Limited, who are the ISA Manager of the Prudential ISA, provide cost and charges documents for each of the PruFund funds and the LF Prudential Risk Managed Active and Passive funds available under the Prudential ISA.
You can access these on their website using the link below.
