Top-Ups

Top-up applications can be submitted online for Prudential Investment Plan, Prudence Bonds, Prudence Distribution Bonds, Prudence Managed Investment Bonds and Flexible Investment Plans. Please send your top-up declaration, and any additional anti-money laundering requirements via secure message. You can access secure message by searching for your client's plan and selecting “Plan related actions”.

Sending monies electronically

Please send the monies to us electronically using the following details:  

HSBC BANK

BACS/TT transfers

  • Sort code: 40-02-50
  • Account number: 51015419
  • Account name: Prudential Assurance Company Limited

Reference Required: the owner's title, initials and surname. It should originate from the owner's account.

If it's a building society account or adviser/solicitor client account, the reference should be mentioned.

Fund Switching

For Prudential Investment Plans and Flexible Investment Plans, please input the fund switch request online. Please complete the adviser declaration form and send to us via secure message. You can access secure message by searching for your client's plan and selecting “Plan related actions”.

For Prudence Prospects Bond, Prudence Bond or Prudence Managed Investment Bond/Prudence Managed Bond, please complete this Fund Switching form and send to us via secure message. You can access secure message by searching for your client's plan and selecting “Plan related actions”.

For PruFund Investment Plan (Mark 1), please complete a Fund Switching form and send to us via secure message. You can access secure message by searching for your client's plan and selecting “Plan related actions”.

For PruFund Investment Plan (Mark 2 & 3), please complete this Fund Switching form and an adviser declaration form. Once complete, please send to us via secure message. You can access secure message by searching for your client's plan and selecting “Plan related actions”.

Full and Partial Withdrawals

Online bond withdrawals

If your client's bond is eligible for online withdrawal tool this will be visible in the plan related actions section.

Here you can process full and partial withdrawals for joint and single life plans up to the value of £250,000.

This is our most efficient route allowing you to access Chargeable gains information and submit any ID that may be required.

Any other bond withdrawals

Not all bonds are currently eligible for our online withdrawal tools. Where this applies, please complete the following and return to us via secure message:

Pensions

Top-Ups

Fund Switching

To make a fund switch application for Flexible Retirement Plan, please access our Fund Switch tool which you can find on your online service.

To make a fund switch application for Prudential Personal Pension, please send us a secure message. You can access secure message by searching your client's plan and selecting "Plan related actions".

For a FlexiPension or IndePension, please download and complete this Investment Alteration Request Form. Once complete, please send to us via secure message. You can access secure message by searching for your client's plan and selecting “Plan related actions”.

If you’re looking to make a Fund Switch for Retirement Annuity Plans, please send us a secure message. You can access secure message by searching for your client's plan and selecting “Plan related actions”.

Withdrawals

To withdraw from one of the following plans, please send us a secure message. You can access secure message by searching for your client's plan and selecting “Plan related actions”.

To withdraw income from your client's Flexible Retirement Plan drawdown plan, please complete a Withdrawing Money from your Drawdown Plan form.
